One of the most poignant moments occurred when 19-year-old participant Jennyver Montecalvo, a person with a disability (PWD), shared her heartfelt journey throughout the training. Jennyver bravely recounted her initial struggles with self-doubt and uncertainty about her ability to complete the program. However, through the encouragement and inclusivity fostered by the training team, she gradually built her confidence and discovered her capabilities.

Jennyver’s newfound skills enabled her to secure three local clients, marking a significant milestone in her life. Her story stands as a testament to determination and personal growth. She expressed her deep gratitude to DICT for creating a welcoming and supportive learning environment for PWDs, affirming that such initiatives play a crucial role in empowering individuals through the development of digital skills.
